Lectures

Along with cooking with native ingredients, comes the knowledge of its history, methods of preparation, and nutritional benefits. I do lectures, demonstrations, seminars. What do you want to know about America’s indigenous foods?

My lectures involve historical content on native plants. I am one of the few chefs that provides historical references on native plants in my lectures.
