Dinner with Carlo Petrini

Menu from a dinner featuring California Native American cuisine, presented by Chef John Farais, and honored guest Carlo Petrini, founder of the international Slow Food movement, to raise funds for Terra Madre, the greatest gathering of food communities from the world over: www.terramadre.info . Dinner was attended by 25 guests including Peter Coyote.
